Introduction
Our report contains the results of a due diligence study to determine the engineering and economic feasibility for the development of Rohan Tract (“the Tract”). The purpose of
this study is to develop the necessary economic and engineering data for the client and for all necessary entities to use in its evaluation on feasibility.
Scope
In our report we present the relevant background, engineering, and economic information, which consist of:
- Preliminary work analyzing water source, wastewater point of discharge, stormwater drainage, and flood hazards.
- Preliminary design of water, wastewater, and drainage facilities.
- Preparation of preliminary cost estimates based on preliminary design of facilities.
- Recommendations.
