Our Story
From the design desk to our own firm.
Where it started
Camilo Baquero and Mario Luna both worked at a busy design firm. With a steady flow of projects crossing their desks, they saw firsthand how buildings go from drawings to reality.
Learning the build side
All those projects taught them more than design. They learned how construction works in the field and began taking on clients of their own outside of their day jobs.
Going out on their own
As the work grew, they started their own company, together with a group of regular clients who already trusted them. That was the beginning of Modernitive.
The goal has stayed the same since day one: make design and construction easier for the people who invest in it.
OUR STORY
Why we started Modernitive.
Turnkey design and construction, from concept to completion, with quality, efficiency, and peace of mind at every step.
Modernitive started with a simple goal: make design and construction easier for the people who invest in it.
One coordinated team manages design, permitting, and construction, from concept to completion, so projects move faster and nothing gets lost between phases.
