The Tidwell Gas Station and C-Store is a ground-up fuel and retail development designed to support efficient customer circulation, high-volume daily use, and long-term operational performance. The project combines a 4,500-square-foot convenience store with a coordinated fueling forecourt, customer parking, pedestrian access, utility improvements, drainage systems, and underground detention. Its layout responds to the site's unique position along Tidwell Road and Lundy Road while creating a modern, visible, and accessible commercial destination.

The Tidwell project required a fuel station, convenience store, customer parking, pedestrian access, underground utilities, drainage, detention, and vehicle circulation to function within a compact corner property. The site also had to respond to existing roadway conditions, a nearby bus stop, multiple access points, and strict civil coordination requirements.
